1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.
International shipping coming soon!

2. Shipping Timeframes

• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

• Delivery Time (Standard Shipping): 2–5 business days after dispatch
  (Delivery times may vary depending on your location or during peak seasons or public holidays)

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping:
  – Free on orders over PKR [3000]
  – Flat rate of PKR [200] for orders below that amount

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there’s an error on our part.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your parcel in real time.

5. Delays & Issues

While we work with reliable courier partners, unforeseen delays can occur due to weather, strikes, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If your order is delayed beyond 7 working days, please contact us so we can assist promptly.

6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery at your provided address. If undelivered after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
