At Urbanedge.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
The item is not a clearance, sale, or final-sale product
You provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Items Not Eligible for Return

Worn, damaged, or altered items
Items returned after 7 days
Sale, discounted, or promotional items
Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive products

Return Process

- Contact Us within 7 days of delivery at:
  Email: support@urbanedge.pk
  Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will share return instructions. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate the refund or exchange.

Refund Options

Refund to Original Payment Method – processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Exchange – subject to availability
Store Credit – optional, if preferred by customer

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item sent or damaged product).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
